Multiskilled Technician - Plumber

Key responsibilities

• Working with multi-skilled team in a hands‑on environment
• Manage, carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure upkeep of all site safety procedures and compliance (permitting, risk assessments, method statements, SDS, COSHH etc.)
• Ensure job closures are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that monthly targets for KPI's for PPM and Helpdesk are met.
• Ensure all service reports are reviewed and remedial work captured and organised.
• Where applicable provide hands‑on support for other site staff.
• Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
• Report accidents in a timely manner.
• Ensure HSQE standards are maintained and promote best practice and site‑specific core values.
• Ensure company operating procedure is adhered to.
