Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
Analysing and solving customer’s queries
Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
Making changes to the system
Forwarding faults or calls to other departments.
Upselling and promoting products.
Skills you need to succeed:
German/French AND ITALIAN at C1 level or above
English at B1/B2 lvlwould be an asset.
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
Willingness to work on the basis of a mandate contract for a period of two weeks. The next contract is an employment contract for an indefinite period.
