Overview
We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Norwegian) to provide technical support and customer assistance to users. This role is responsible for handling service requests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or service desk tools.
- Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets are met.
