We are looking for a Multilingual Service Desk Analyst (Norwegian) to provide technical support and customer assistance to users. This role is responsible for handling service requests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring a high level of service delivery to clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or service desk tools.
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
