We are a leading maintenance and repair company delivering high-quality services across London and Essex. We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team, working on a diverse range of projects including general maintenance, refurbishment, and repairs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades, including:
Carpentry (doors, shelving, furniture assembly, repairs)
Plumbing (tap replacements, minor pipework, toilet/shower repairs)
Tiling (wall and floor tiling)
Painting & Decorating (internal/external surfaces, wallpapering, making good)
Work independently or collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
Maintain tools, equipment, and company van
Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
