My client are a highly reputable maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join there growing team. Responsible for reactive maintenance work for various clients. Carrying out quoted repair or quotes raised from reactive work.
Duties:
? Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
? Manage and undertake improvement projects as required.
? Working with production teams around PPM and breakdowns. Undertake planned maintenance as required and directed.
? Supply Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.
? Completing all work in a safe manner
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
? Effective computerised PPM planning skills
