Annual salary of £35,915 (FTE). Permanent role. Full‑time (39 hours). Field based role working across Lancashire.

The role

As a Multi‑Skilled Groundworker you will complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will be communicating effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.

You will be required to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.

Requirements

• You must be competent in the following Groundwork trades: flagging, fencing and brickwork.
• You have NVQ Level 2 qualification in your core trade (or equivalent).
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
