**Job Responsibilities**

+ Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning services, educational programs, and training solutions for Philips employees, channel partners, and customers, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and global business needs.
+ Develop and maintain clinical and technical training content for MRI and Advanced Visualization solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, videos, assessments, and supporting learning materials.
+ Deliver engaging training programs to a global audience across multiple regions and time zones, adapting instructional approaches to accommodate diverse learner needs, cultures, and experience levels.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for MRI clinical workflows, imaging concepts, and related applications, translating complex clinical information into effective learning experiences.
