            Job Summary (List Format) MS SQL & Oracle Database Administrator (Senior Level)   Manage, monitor, and optimize production and disaster recovery (DR) MS SQL and Oracle database environments. 
Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting for MS SQL Server (Standard & Enterprise editions) and Oracle databases. 
Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies including physical/logical backups, RMAN, Flashback, Data Guard, and log shipping. 
Monitor database capacity, performance, and system utilization; implement enhancements as needed. 
Manage and support ASM RAC and cluster technologies on Windows Server platforms. 
Conduct database refreshes, user administration, tablespace resizing, storage management, index rebuilding, and housekeeping tasks. 
Provide technical escalation and incident support in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
