Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights) and Power Platform (Dataverse).
• Translate client business needs into scalable, secure, and high‑performing solution architectures.
• Define and implement integration patterns between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and surrounding systems.
• Lead or support Dynamics 365 migration programs, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms.
