Job Description

Production Engineer – A330 MRTT FAL conversion in Getafe (Spain). The position is part of Airbus Defence & Space and involves work on the conversion of the A330MRTT.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multifunctional teams to achieve delivery goals and eliminate pending work (Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production Control, etc.).
• Manage team resources (human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means) in a diverse team including engineers, electricians, mechanical fitters, testing technicians, EASA145 certifiers and subcontractors.
• Lead cultural transformation toward more efficient organization by deploying and implementing company corporate values.
• Organize and supervise production groups and implement continuous improvement methods to reduce costs and lead time.
• Support the implementation of HO Systems Installation & Functional Test – AG2 strategy and goals.
