Oversee the day to day operations of the New York service teams, ensuring that staff is responsive to clients and that underwriting authority is exercised properly. Ensure that all bond-related processes are handled timely and correctly, i.e. billing, imaging, terminations and client service
Service own book of business and national accounts, as required
Handle direct sales for house accounts and call-ins as appropriate
Work with producers to service existing accounts and bring in new business
Ensure that all clients are familiar with and utilize FastBond to its maximum benefit
Represent the New York service team at client industry functions
Provide training, guidance and supervision as needed to the New York office staff
Prepare employee evaluations and recommend salary adjustments.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, underwriters and claims staff
