This role focuses on ensuring motor repairs are completed safely, accurately, and on time, while building strong foundational skills in electromechanical repair and shop processes. The position offers a clear path to grow into a full Motor Rewinder role over time through hands-on training and exposure to a wide range of repair tasks.
