We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Journey Expert to join our Mortgage Team of Home and Protection banking Tribe in a squad focused on Mortgage experience revolution.

Your key responsibilities

• Build a new advanced mortgage E2E process (GAIA program) to deliver the fastest, easiest and more personalized mortgage experience of the market.
• Be responsible for the functional design of this new platform to increase conversion, customer satisfaction and efficiency, creating a competitive advantage.
• Support the Product Owner to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and bring the best experience into moments of truth linked to mortgages, pursuing innovative solutions.
• Translate business needs into implementation requirements.
• Have a clear understanding of ING’s IT framework and be acquainted with technology development.
