  • Source prospective clients for secured lending products through business alliances such as lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents and any other partner-in-sales.
  • Collaborate with branches to improve referrals and cross‑sales activities.
  • Ensure adherence to responsible selling guidelines and structure proposed solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of end‑to‑end application process.
  • Submit sales/pipeline management reports.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and achieve satisfactory net promoter score.
  • Keep abreast of updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management for appropriate action.
