Primary security administration responsibilities for all systems, vendors, and portal access needs of the growing Servicing team.

Actively working with, communicating to, and ensuring regular coordination with IT.

Key data point of contact for Servicing leadership and Credit Union partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and PERCENT OF TIME SPENT:

•    Design, develop, and publish dashboards and reports tailored for internal department and client needs.


• Set up, scheduling, and distribution of canned reports in MSP, the system of record Establish naming conventions and standardization/retention protocols for ease of team use and retention.
• Ad hoc reporting requests of Credit Union partners, Regulators, and Investors.
