We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our established, award winning and growing team.
Salary Range: 50% Commission + Bonuses
Your Role:
- Working closely with Property Sales Consultants within the business and deal with referrals in a timely manner
- Deal directly with bank representatives
- Pipeline management and reporting
- Achieve monthly targets
- New business generation
- Maintain client relationships and portfolios
- Keep clients up to date with the status of their mortgage application
About You: - CeMAP qualified is preferred
- Previous experience within a Mortgage Consultancy role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
