Hands-on experience with test and measurement instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, insulation resistance (IR) testers, hipot testers, transformer turns ratio (TTR) testers, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, function generators, stroboscopes/tachometers, thermal cameras/IR thermometers, and torque wrenches.
