Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of AWP/EWP equipment across the North of England region
• Ensure all repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining safety protocols at all times
• Manage customer communications effectively, providing clear updates on service progress and timelines
• Conduct equipment inspections and provide detailed reports on service performed and future maintenance recommendations
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on equipment performance for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills relevant to AWP/EWP systems
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel throughout the North of England
