Magnolia Circle is hiring dependable and skilled Mobile Maintenance Technicians to help improve and keep our apartment communities in excellent condition.

This is a hands-on role where your expertise directly impacts the upkeep and improvement of our properties.

You’ll take pride in installing and maintaining attractive, functional living and community space improvements while supporting the asset team across our communities.

You’ll handle a wide range of maintenance responsibilities and projects, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance installation, painting, welding, roofing, concrete work, construction, and preventive maintenance.
