Role Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile 3D Generalist to create high-quality, mobile-optimized assets for a mobile game. You will work across 3D environments, props, foliage, UI-ready renders, cinematics, and FX assets, collaborating closely with animation, tech art, and programming integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Creating Assets

- Model, texture, sculpt, retopologies, and texture 3D Assets.

- Create LOD levels optimized for mobile devices.

- Work with riggers/animators to ensure topology supports complex movement.

- Generate normal maps, cavity maps, AO maps, and mobile-friendly PBR textures.

- Model and texture buildings.

- Produce modular environment pieces—rocks, trees, terrain props, foliage.
