Mechanical Engineer

Location: Inside the M25. Contract: JLL – Aviva.

We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC systems, ventilation, heating and plumbing. Responsibilities to include carrying out PPMs on a wide variety of HVAC and mechanical systems, diagnosing faults and resolving reactive jobs in line with necessary SLA, and maintaining and repairing mechanical plant including fans, vents, pressurisation units, pipework, pumps and motors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service HVAC, ventilation, and heating systems for commercial properties.
• Produce factually correct reports, evidence and job sheets for all mechanical works.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, PPMs, reactive, remedial and quoted works.
• Work collaboratively with all other trades and support the team in completing basic PPMs and maintenance outside of your field when required.
