Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on operational support across client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance, including:
• Supporting Regional and Account Managers by providing cover for holidays and sickness to ensure seamless contract delivery
• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure staff have the necessary equipment, uniforms, and consumables
• Identifying and reporting any service delivery issues or areas for improvement
• Assisting in conducting monthly site audits, sharing results with clients, and providing constructive feedback to on‑site teams
