Salary: £ 29,912 - £ 31,486 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 16:30pm.
We have an opportunity for a Caretaker to join our team in East London, providing an effective estate maintenance service that meets customer and organisational needs. This role sits within Property Services, which is responsible for delivering a high quality and cost effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services across the UK to mainly internal clients and a small number of external clients. It also manages operational Health and Safety of the service, including fire safety and delivering effective group‑wide asset management and reinvestment programmes.
