Key Responsibilities

  • Vetting and assessing new Multi-Party Injury claims, particularly MNIHL cases.

  • Opening files and setting up matters on Proclaim.

  • Preparing initial paperwork and client documentation.

  • Supporting fee earners with ongoing case progression.

  • Assisting with a variety of Personal Injury matters.

  • Developing towards managing your own caseload over time.

    • About You

  • Approximately 12-18 months’ experience in a Personal Injury paralegal or legal assistant position.

  • Experience within claimant PI is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Proclaim would be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and client care skills.

  • A proactive attitude and desire to develop a long-term career in Personal Injury litigation.
