ML Research Engineer (m/f)

We're recruiting an ML Research Engineer (m/f) to strengthen our team in Europe, with the possibility of remote work.

What we're looking for:

• PhD or MSc in a STEM field (preference for PhD in Computer Science);
• 4+ years of experience (minimum) combining Machine Learning research and engineering;
• Proven experience taking models from experimentation to production;
• Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning, post‑training techniques (SFT, RLHF), and model evaluation in production environments;
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (TypeScript is a plus);
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD;
• Experience establishing engineering standards within research‑oriented teams and mentoring researchers on production best practices;
