Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician is responsible for the hands-on execution of water, fire, and mold restoration projects. You will work under the direction of a Project Manager or Lead Technician to ensure all mitigation tasks are completed professionally, safely, and on schedule. This is an At-Will position requiring 24/7 availability for emergency responses, except during pre-scheduled time off.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Field Execution: Perform water extraction, carpet/floor cleaning, and fire/smoke damage restoration tasks


• Demolition & Removal: Conduct controlled demolition after water, fire, or mold damage, including the removal of debris, carpets, pads, drywall, and insulation
