Reports To: General Manager Direct Reports: Mitigation Technicians & Field Manager

Position Overview


We are seeking a hands-on to lead daily field operations for our mitigation division. This is not a desk-only management role. This position owns field execution, team performance, job quality, and on-site customer experience.


You will lead crews responding to water, fire, and biohazard losses while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and according to industry and insurance standards.
