            Key Responsibilities  Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Defender. 
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, licensing, access control, and basic security policies. 
Provide support for Windows devices, peripherals, and common enterprise applications. 
Support virtualization platforms and routine patching or upgrade activities. 
Troubleshoot basic LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall issues. 
Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for technical support, escalations, and service delivery. 
Perform basic Linux administration, user and permission management, service checks, and updates. 
Build simple automations and internal tools using MS Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
