Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Short and long-term mine plans, including five-year plans, to ensure production targets and operational efficiency are achieved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational plans aligned with departmental targets and company KPIs.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of mine plans, including coal production, waste production, material balance, hauling distance, and dewatering.
• Calculate and optimize equipment requirements for overburden removal and coal operations to support production targets.
• Prepare mine designs, maps, and planning reports to support operational activities and regulatory compliance.
