**Millwright / Industrial Mechanic – $28+/hr + Growth**

We’re hiring **Millwrights / Industrial Mechanics** to support equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in a heavy industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical, welding, or industrial experience who enjoy hands-on work and troubleshooting equipment.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment
+ Work on conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes
+ Read and follow blueprints and specifications
+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
+ Use welding, fabrication, and power tools
+ Operate forklifts, lifts, and hoists
+ Maintain a safe and organized work area

**Required Experience**

+ 1+ year of mechanical, millwright, or industrial experience
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
+ Comfortable working in industrial environments
+ Valid driver’s license
