Summary

In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated travelling construction crew, working on projects across Ontario and occasionally across Canada. You can expect to be on the road for several weeks at a time.

We’re open to candidates from outside the GTA—what matters most is your willingness and ability to travel with the crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and ground‑level control of the milling machine, ensuring accurate milling depth and slope.
• Monitor and evaluate the milled area, measure dimensions, and track material quantities.
• Support routine and preventative machine maintenance, including tooth changes, greasing, and general upkeep.
• Operate two‑way radios and communication devices to stay in contact with machine operators and crew.
• Identify and address potential site obstacles, safety hazards, or production interruptions.
