**Job Title: MIG Welder / Fabrication Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on flux core MIG welding on mild steel and participating in a variety of metal fabrication tasks. You will weld, finish, and grind your own work, assist in general fabrication when production slows, and have opportunities to learn TIG welding and other shop skills. The position is ideal for entry-level welders who want hands-on experience and the chance to grow into broader fabrication or industrial painting responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform flux core MIG welding on mild steel components to meet quality and production standards.
+ Finish and grind out your own welds to ensure clean, structurally sound, and visually acceptable results.
+ Assist in general fabrication departments when welding production is slower, supporting team needs across the shop.
