Job Description

Generic Responsibilities: 

• Creates/ Analyses business requirements' and performs processes analysis in order to ensure that solutions created meet business needs, and translates business and/or functional needs into functional specifications, and helps to prioritize deliverables.
• Investigates functional topics reported and related to daily organizational activities, and ensures the continuity of the operations.
• Liaisons with users at different levels in the organization, including business leaders and IT teams, as well as third parties, in order to conduct business user interviews as well as well as discuss/respond to business requirements, being the key contact between developers and product stakeholders. When required, contributes to the relationship with third parties (e.g. software vendors).
