POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Boston Collaborative High School (BCHS) is seeking an innovative Program Director to work with the middle school program within the school. BCHS is a non-traditional, alternative public high school serving 228 students from grades 7-12. As an alternative school, BCHS provides multiple ways for students to access learning: project-based, competency-based, online, and traditional.

The Program Director will manage multiple tasks associated with the middle school programs within BCHS and work to establish, implement and maintain systems that will ensure a highly effective and well-functioning learning environment, assessment procedures, data and data collection systems, and personnel management.
