Role Summary

The APAC Middle Office Solutions Manager is a senior managerial role responsible for the end‑to‑end leadership, governance, and delivery of Middle Office digital solutions across all APAC markets. The role requires a highly capable project and program leader who can oversee the full lifecycle of complex regional initiatives from strategy and solution design through implementation, integration, operational stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Acting as the regional owner of Middle Office solutions spanning Workforce Management, Billing, Associates HRMS, and Payroll, the manager ensures solutions are aligned with business outcomes, scalable across markets, and integrated seamlessly across platforms and functions.
