Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Support Engineer to provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for end users. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft-related issues and provide expert support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft products and services
Troubleshoot Windows, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD issues
Handle escalated end-user technical problems
Perform remote desktop troubleshooting
Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
Outlook & Teams support
Azure Active Directory basics
Remote support tools experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently remotely
