We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Unified Service Desk (USD) Specialist (f/m) with a high level of English and hands‑on experience to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will focus on the development, configuration, and customization of solutions within the Unified Service Desk (USD), acting as a key contributor to the evolution of our agent desktop platform. The position is 100% remote within Spain.
Your mission will be to design, implement, and optimize advanced customizations, hosted controls, and CTI integrations within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance, seamless usability, and robust multi‑session management.
