Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Senior Functional Consultant Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client D365 F&O; Managed Services engagements, with an approximately 75% support and 25% project-based focus.
Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas.
Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise Edition suite.
Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations.
Troubleshoot issues and reproduce them in a separate development environment.
Utilize effective communication and listening skills with customers and colleagues to troubleshoot technology issues and provide guidance/support.
