Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft BizTalk L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide operational support, incident management, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise integration platforms based on Microsoft BizTalk Server. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in BizTalk administration, application support, integration technologies, and production support processes.
The role requires working closely with business users, application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business integrations.
