JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work as second-in-charge (2IC) to the Head of Laboratory Services (Senior Microbiologist) and help manage daily lab operations.

Run, check, and maintain laboratory work processes and storage conditions according to required standards.

Guide and train junior microbiologists to make sure tests are done correctly and SOPs are followed.

Perform Sterility Testing and Bioburden Testing with accurate and reliable results.

Do Ethylene Oxide (EO) Residual Testing (good to have experience).

Develop and maintain ISO 17025:2017 quality systems to keep laboratory accreditation.
