Regional Organizer Organization: MI Poder Reports To: Regional Coordinator & State Organizing Director Location: Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint/ Saginaw, Pontiac, Kalamazoo, Adrian Position Type: Part-Time | Leadership Development & Community Organizing MI Poder is seeking passionate, community-centered emerging leaders to serve as Regional Organizer and help strengthen long-term Latino civic, cultural, and political power across Michigan.
This role is designed as a leadership development and organizer pipeline program for people interested in becoming future community organizers, trusted messengers, civic leaders, and campaign leaders.
Regional Organizers work closely with Regional Coordinator to support field operations, community engagement, voter outreach, leadership development, membership growth, and regional organizing campaigns.
