ATE Product and Test development Engineer with >15 years' experience.

This position offers a great opportunity to work on industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you’ll be a member of New Product Development team, tasked with supporting product lines and business P&Ls on new product development activities, including defining Analog/Digital DfT and test strategies, developing low-cost test solutions for complex Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital roadmap products on ATE platforms, and productizing ICs in-line with business goals and growth projections. Knowledge and experience with software development utilizing C++ / C / Python / JAVA is necessary.
