JOB PURPOSE:

 
  • Engine assembly – Assly process for part fitment sequence. 
  •  New Model :- Introduction, Check sheet preparation as per MPL, Inter face with ME
  •  Incoming Parts inspection Dimensional & Aesthetic requirement.
  • Scheduled inspection of Casting, Forging, electrical & Propriety parts
  •  Conducting audit of engine assembly process .
  • Conducting audit of vendors – C&M, F&M .
  • Failure Analysis of NC Part for Assy Lines and field failures.
  • Effective communication to Vendor, R&D, ME & Production to understand defect phenomenon.
  • Effective communication to vendors for implementing corrective & preventive actions.
  • Vendor audit NC, improvement points and corrective actions communication to the Management.
  • Interface with Vendors, PPC, Materials for issues and for improvement projects / engineering changes / new model etc
  • Metallurgical & Millipore inspection at vendor end & at e...
