As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with UOB’s products and services. You will work closely with the client to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. Your role will also involve cross-selling of banking products and services to existing customers. In addition, you will manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
