Implement daily wafer starts according to forecast and housekeeping of inventory based on established business process.
Support engineering on non-production wafers or FOUP quality, recycle yield, and cost saving initiatives.
Active participation in continuous improvement to drive innovation and breakthrough.
Promote workplace safety and ensure continuous improvement in day‑to‑day operations.
Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships.
Leverage approved digital and AI‑enabled tools (e.g., copilots, analytics assistants, automation tools) to improve work efficiency, data analysis, documentation quality, and decision‑making.
