Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination with manufacturing.
Communicate with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes.
Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free capacity improvement analysis.
Ensure enough capacity to support customer demand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
