            What requirements you'll need to be eligible Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners 
Enjoys walking the ground, talking to people and comfortable with cold call outreach 
Self-motivated, performance-driven, result oriented and eager to earn 
Experience in field sales, telco, payment solutions, or gig merchant onboarding preferred 
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently 
What you'll be doing on the job Canvass F&B, retail, and service merchants islandwide via cold calling 
Pitch (conduct sales presentation & demo) and onboard merchants to adopt the payment solution 
Conduct simple setup and merchant training (implementation is straightforward) 
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 
Collect feedback and report market insights to the team
