Reports directly to the senior MEPFS engineer, engineer project-in-charge and project manager.
Review mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and sanitary plans (MEPFS), approved shop drawings and technical documents prior to implementation.
Ensure that all materials delivered on site meet approved specifications and standards and coordinate with project engineers regarding quantity conforming to project requests.
Conduct inspection and monitor installation of MEPFS systems to ensure proper workmanship & quality.
Identify non-compliant works during installation and coordinate with project engineers for corrective actions.
Conduct initial testing of MEPFS installations. Prepare and submit inspection requests and coordinate final inspection and testing with project engineers and consultants.
