            Technical & Operational Management   Supervise and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting. 
Oversee electrical systems including LV panels, DBs, UPS, generators, lighting, elevators, generator. 
Manage plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, and water pumps. 
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective maintenance. 
Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and as-built layouts. 
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, permits, and safety protocols. 
Manage soft services operations and teams, including cleaning and landscaping activities. 
Manage renovation projects, extensions, and space utilization to ensure efficient planning, execution, and alignment with operational requirements.
