            Responsibilities Prepare and manage MEP cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). 
Evaluate and price Variation Orders accurately and in a timely manner. 
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate cost planning. 
Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports to senior management. 
Manage subcontractor valuations, payments, and final accounts. 
Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and project requirements. 
Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project standards. 
Technical Requirements Strong understanding and experience in pricing and measurement of cable tray, ladder systems, and associated supports, brackets, and fittings. 
Experience with trunking and conduit systems (PVC, GI), including routing and accessories.
